This capacity-building workshop on “Leadership and Management in Higher Education” is designed to meet the needs of a fast growing university in a rapidly changing world. The workshop will be facilitated by a team of internationally recognized leaders and experts in higher education administration. TASUED academic and non-academic staff will engage in comprehensive, practical, and interactive workshop, acquiring and sharpening their leadership and management skills. Participants will engage in understanding different leadership and management styles, shadow prominent managers, and develop competences to lead in today’s complex higher education environments. The curriculum will highlight areas of communication, conflict management, change management, team building, maximizing productivity, organizational leadership and skills essential to being effective leaders and managers throughout the university setting.
