The workshop is customized and designed for persons in leadership and senior management positions in Nigerian tertiary institutions, government agencies and parastatals, and key governance functionaries. It is an extension of our highly successful workshops on “Leadership and Conflict Management.” The workshop identifies and explores four areas that require immediate attention by this generation of Nigerian leaders: leadership, governance, conflict management, and resource mobilization. We have assembled a team of experienced international and intercultural experts, trainers, and facilitators for the program.
