Kennesaw State University (KSU) and Atlanta Area Returned Peace Corps Volunteer (AARPCV) Networking Event and Community Social

Join the Kennesaw State University School of Conflict Management, Peacebuilding, & Development (SCMPD) and the Atlanta Area Returned Peace Corps Volunteers (AARPCV) in a fun event celebrating the Peace Corps experience. Our topic for the evening is "Third Goal Stories: How We Bring the World Back Home". Speakers from AARPCV will share their experience with StoryCorps, The Kennedy Library Oral History Project and the Peace Corps Story Slam program. Learn how to craft your "peacebuilding" story with special guests from Atlanta who participated in the 2016 Story Slam contest. See:

While you are there, put your Third Goal skills to use and be an advocate for Peace Corps. AARPCV hosts a Post Card Party to send postcards to Congressman and Senators telling them why Peace Corps is important. We provide all the materials; You provide your Third Goal stories.

Meet friends and new people as we explore the menu at one of our favorite restaurants and get your Third Goal groove on.
